Tijo Collot d'Escury

Tijo J.G. Collot d'Escury (born in the Netherlands in 1966) is a member of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants' Executive Committee (EC) and Managing Partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the Netherlands.

Tijo J.G. Collot d'Escury began his professional career in 1993 with an American consultancy in the Netherlands. He started as an analyst and left as an associate director. In 2002, he joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as Managing Partner of the Amsterdam office, which he built from scratch and made into a top-tier player in the Dutch market. In 2003, the Partners elected him to the Roland Berger Strategy Consultants' Supervisory Board, and in December 2006, confirmed him for another term. In July 2010, the Partners elected him to the Executive Committee of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Tijo J.G. Collot d'Escury works primarily on international projects in Europe and the US. He has extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, M&A, and technology and innovation management.

In his more than 15 years of experience in international strategy consulting, he has developed corporate visions and strategies for several leading chemicals multinationals. In addition, he has defined new business concepts for commercial and retail banks, designed corporate finance organizations for financial institutions, and performed multiple commercial and vendor due diligence projects in technology-driven industries for private equity funds.

He focuses on the chemicals & oil, healthcare and financial services industries.

Tijo J.G. Collot d'Escury holds an MSc degree in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology. He later studied at Harvard Business School and took the Financial Management Program at Stanford University.

Tijo J.G. Collot d'Escury is married, has three children and lives in The Hague, Netherlands.
